Nichula Primary School

Nichula Primary School was established in 2009. It initially started as an ECR in Nichula Gewog under Lhamoizingkha Dungkhag, Dagana. It is about fifteen kilometers away from Lhamoizingkha Dungkhag and the school doesn’t have direct road connection since there is no motorable bridge over Sunkosh river.

The school was upgraded to Primary School in 2022. It has classes ranging from PP to VI with a total 52 students as of 2024 academic year. It is a day- school catering to the needs of five chiwogs under Nichula Gewog. (Gangtokha, Dangreybu, Damchhuna, Yarphelling and Dramtsekesa). The school also has a school feeding programme (2 meals).  The school has a total area of 5.035 acres according to the lagthram number 223.
