On 5 April 2019, the Annual Performance Agreement (APA) of 14 Gewogs for the financial year 2018-2019 was signed between Dasho Dzongdag and Gups in Dagana.
The Sectoral APAs were also signed between Dasho Dzongdag and Sector Heads. The Dzongkhag APA was signed on 25 March 2019 between the Honb'le Prime Minister and Dasho Dzongrab in Thimphu.
