To promote equal access to information and services and also to enhance Dzongkha skills of the Civil Servants, Dagana Dzongkhag Culture Sector in collaboration with ICT Sector has conducted the three day program on Dzongkha Unicode and Bilingual Website Content Development. The opening program was graced by Dasho Dzongdag on 14 April 2021.
