As a part of digital literacy under Digital Drukyul Flagship programme, Dagana Dzongkhag ICT Sector conducted the five day training to CC Operators and Dzongkhag Help Desk Operator from 24-28 December 2019. The main objective of the training is to enhance the digital skills of the CC Operators and Dzongkhag Help Desk Operator and foster digital enabled society. The participants were trained on G2C online services, communication tools, cyber security and basic troubleshooting skills. The participants also visited one of the nearby Community Centres and explored the networking equipments. The officials from Dzongkhag Civil Registration and Census Office (DCRCO), Dzongkhag Land Record, Dzongkhag Forest Division Office and Dzongkhag Economic Development Office briefed the participants on various G2C online services. The Dzongkhag ICT Officer briefly covered on VSAT telecommunication services in Gewogs and the Dzongkhag. The participants were also taught how to troubleshoot networking and hardware issues.
